It really works on sore and painful muscles and leg cramps. It has a strong smell that disappears after a few minutes. The spray is easy to apply and absorbs quickly.

I was turned on to Zheng Gu Shui in the 1980s by a massage instructor. I've had a bottle in my cupboard ever since. It really works for muscle aches and to some extent arthritis pain. I think the product has been made by the same company in China, but there have been different importers over the years - Solstice being the one that imports to the USA for the last several years. I do wonder whether there is any difference in the product that is sold in Asia compared to what is imported to the USA.

This product has excellent results and long term benefits. When I started using this tonic about two weeks ago, I was in a lot of pain and skeptical that it would provide me better relief than any other "icy/hot" creams. But it was recommended so I tried it. Initially, it felt like any other short term pain relief spray. But, instead of the short term icy/hot feeling (which is not as harsh as other icy/hot products), I am actually getting long-term relief, even by evening, when I haven't used it all day. I think its speeding up the healing process for my injury. I have been suffering with lower back and hip flexion pain for months until I started using Zheng Gu Shui. I noticed the difference in the first couple of days. I apply it liberally. This product is superior to other pain relief creams and I recommend it!

This stuff actually works. It's easy to apply, non-greasy, and pleasant-smelling. It dulls the remaining metastasis pain in bones enough to get you to sleep.
