5 stars for what it is. But DO NOT buy it thinking you will be pressure washing.For light surface dirt, algae, bird droppings, etc it is great.For anything imbedded, concrete, pavers, brick it does not have the power to do the job.But for the cost, if being used on lightweight jobs, it’s a good deal.Cannot speak to quality or longevity yet as I have not had it long.But in test run I did attempt use across many surfaces and levels of filth to come to my conclusions.Hope this helps! 👍

Received the unit today. Battery was dead upon arrival. Battery charger flashed red continuously indicating a damaged battery. I am very disappointed especially considering this is a Black and Decker product.

This pressure washer is pretty much what I expected and having a lower pressure device is exactly what I wanted. I was a bit put off by the somewhat fragile method of connecting a garden hose. Being a little careless might cause something to break at that connection. The only real negative I have is the abysmal battery life. B&D ships this with their lowest 1.5AH battery and it clearly needs more than that. Fortunately I am well invested into this 20V Max system and have plenty of batteries. Still, to use this washer for an hour, you'll need 4 or 5 battery changes which may not be possible for some users. It wouldn't have killed B&D to have shipped a 2.0AH or even a 3.0AH with this unit and adjusted the price accordingly.

Here are the pros and the cons.Pros: Battery powered, suction hose for any liquid source, convenient.Cons: Nozzle tip is spraying, not pressure washing. Very low pressure from suction hose. Only slightly better pressure when using garden hose.Take aways: This unit has very limited use. I am using it to wash down my pool deck using the pool as the water source which is very convenient. I also am using it as a cleaning product applicator/foamer. Works well for this. No need to drag my power washer out and 100 feet of hose and electrical extensions. For me it has a purpose, just not power washing anything.

A bit bulky But still light. It does the job I am a black and decker product person. Like the idea of using the same batteries.

“Mandatory” I let filter clogs every 10 seconds, battery provides a solid 3 minutes run time

This is the second Black + Decker battery pressure washer I ordered. The first one had to be returned because the battery wouldn't charge. The charger light kept blinking red very fast indicating a bad battery. I ordered the same one as a replacement and guess what? The battery did the same thing as the first battery. Seems Black + Decker is sending out batteries that will not take a charge. Now I have to send this one back also. I'm done ordering a cordless pressure washer from Black and Decker.

I have rented Power Washers for years to clean parts of the siding on the house. Very cumbersom and expensive. This is much easier to store as well a to quick job. tks
