CAT PHONES S48c 32GB Rugged Waterproof (Sprint Unlocked) Smartphone - Black (Renewed)

I know this phone is very durable had it for many years from my carrier, waterproof and never a broken screen. My issue and reason for 1 star is I purchased this so called renewed phone for my son and as above, rendering the phone as not waterproof. I returned it and the replacement had same issue. Not worth the money, returned again for full refund.

Every expensive phone I have leased has literally cost me my sanity. I had double carpal tunnel release surgery in the hopes of getting feeling back to my hands. Unfortunately, my hands still drop the phones or anything else I am holding. Thankfully this CAT phone has proven to be worth investing money into. From puddles, sinks, tubs, pouring rain etc this phone has literally become my gift from Heaven. I'm accident-prone so I thought the days of having technology were over but now ai only wish I had started with the CAT phone.Please note my plan had issues finding a sim card for the phone to work with Sprint/t-mobile. Hopefully it's just the older model I have. If not then Sprint and T-mobile should work with CAT to incorporate them into the merger so we can finally have a reliable device for a so-called reliable network! Only reliable if they can accommodate CAT phones. But that's my 2 cents. ;)

The phone was in good state and I still use it every day
