What angle should use to sharpen the knife?

I wouldn't sharpen the knife. Have one that was given to me about 10 years ago and it is still sharp, but not as sharp as the one that I purchased recently.

On the blade it says: KUHN RIKON Swiss Series I can't say if that means it is actually made in Switzerland. I've had it a long time and love it.
