These are effective, but it does take time. After several weeks of taking i have notice less pain. The strength depends on your needs. I do believe these are a good value for the money.

Take it consistently and after 6 months you'll really notice a difference if you're 35+ years old and active! I appreciate the Boswellia Serrata resin extract included in the formulation, which I already incorporate in my supplement regimen.
