Very gentle exfoliant that does not dry out or irritated my skin by being too abrasive. The granules are very small and not aggressive at all. It even feels moisturizing actually. I do also feel like this helps with brightening my skin and it works well before shaving.

the seal on the end of the soap burst open when i squeezed it BUT i am very happy so far with the product. i am not using it all over my body im using it on spots with hyperpigmentation as my doctors aren't taking my concerns seriously. So far my hyperpigmentation on my shoulders and legs doesnt look quite as bad the area looks smoother and feels a lot softer, its like i used a slight blur tool on some of the angry spots. i am ok if it whitens my skin as im using it mainly on the back of my legs and im pale in the winter anyways but if you have darker skin try something with kojic acid or papaya i liked products with that but they mainly came in bar version which is why im trying this out instead! the smell isnt that good but im only using it on certain parts of my body, im also using it alongside witchhazel and amlactin lotion to help with the scarring on my legs

I thought this would be a good effective product for body exfoliation. When I got the product I had some concerns about some of the ingredients possibly being animal derived. I contacted the seller and they sent a different ingredient listing saying that was the correct one. I asked them to verify whether a few specific ingredients were animal derived and they said they will find out and let me know. That was over 3 months ago. It seems unlikely that a response will be sent. If it is, I will update. Because of the lack of this information I am not comfortable using this product.

This body scrub from WHITE CONC is made in Japan. As such, the outer shell will naturally be in Japanese. This is not a Chinese product nor is it a skin bleach. This is actually a lovely body scrub that is ultra gentle and focuses on BRIGHTENING (again, this is NOT a bleach. It does not contain bleach.) dull areas of the skin through using gentle exfoliation and ingredients meant to give a glow to the skin.The smell is very pleasant and light; having a gentle citrus scent that I enjoy and the exfoliation is gentle enough to use all over. This isn't a rough body scrub but if you want a deeper exfoliation, use it on your dry legs and arms. You only need a little bit to roll in circles on the skin using a rough washcloth or wet hand cloth.The results are very nice as my skin was soft and any dull ashy parts near my knees and elbows were gone with one use. The smell from the scrub doesn't linger very long and all my dead skin was removed to leave soft arms and legs. I think if you are interested in trying Japanese products, this is a very nice body exfoliation.

This is a nice gentle exfoliating scrub. I use it on my arms where I have some dry bumps, and it does seem to have improved the skin without drying out my skin.

This is a good exfoliator, does a good job. It isn't super abrasive and rough nor is it too gentle to where it isn't doing any exfoliating. If you are looking for something in between that is more on the gentler side, give this a try. The consistency and texture is almost like a facial cleanser, so there is some moisture and it isn't completely dry like some of the other exfoliating scrubs I've used. There is a nice light fragrance, not too heavy or overwhelming for anyone sensitive to fragrances. I recommend squeezing out a bit first and add more as needed. This isn't my first time using J Beauty products, they're great and many of my favorite beauty products in the last decade or so have been from J Beauty brands.I'm a little confused why there are some reviews saying they don't know what this is.. yes I understand the packaging doesn't have the word "exfoliator" everywhere to make it super clear cut for everyone but it does have the word "exfoliates" in the sentence. Japanese products usually have pretty fancy or cool packaging that draws you to purchase but this product does surprisingly have a more understated, low key type of packaging and overall design. I can see why you'd be confused if someone just gifted you a tube of this but anyone who got it from Amazon should have been on this page where it is clearly states what this product is and how to use it. Unless you are just ordering things randomly on Amazon sight unseen with no stock photos and images then I'm not sure why there's any confusion what this is. All that said, give this product a chance, it is a nice body scrub that isn't too rough or harsh.

The product didn't contain any English instructions or ingredients. It did include a few things in English though like "refines your skin's surface and gently exfoliates exotic white skintones". Is this a whitening product or do they mean whitening as brightening? As a person of color, I am not interested in testing a product that might accidentally bleach my skin.

This is the second product I've ordered from White Conc and I have to admit that I really like the effects I'm seeing from using their products. I've used their CC cream, and now this exfoliating body wash. The instructions are all in Japanese, but I think it's pretty straightforward on how to use this body wash. Essentially just apply this body wash onto went skin and scrub until it starts to foam. What I was impressed by is I noticed some difference after one use, and I think this is because the dirt and oil on my skin that the body wash exfoliated off my skin. Also, there's a mild citrus scent that I really like, which makes using this all the more enjoyable for me. The body didn't cause me to have any negative reaction, but I would caution buyers to review the ingredients list before purchasing. Overall a good body wash for me and the price point isn't too bad either.
