Well made
Well made. Works as expected. Replaced a 30 year old junction box of the same type. The old one was starting to wear. Mainly the paint was chipping away. Looked ugly. I also needed to replace a broken led spotlight fixture. I did both at the same time. This junction box was a direct bolt on. No mods needed. I didn't use the supplied screws. I had to use longer outdoor rated course thread type screws for my application. I wouldn't leave a negative review for the hardware issue because every house and every application is going to be different. They supply a basic set of screws as a courtesy. Use your judgement to decide what screws are needed to install.

Round box for mounting lights outdoors
Screwed it to the post mounted my light to it worked good not much to go wrong. I wish they would give you the silicone sealant to seal the caps, but that’s just a dream of mine.

Strong metal box, short screws
No complaints about the box, screw-in plugs are nice.The screws that come with it are only 1/2", designed for a thin, flat cover or metal bracket. Too short for a Ceramic Lampholder which otherwise fits and matches great. The screws that come with the lampholder are standard 8-32, too small. The screws for this box are 10-24 coarse thread, an unusual size for outlet boxes. You will need 3/4".Rather than spend more than the lampholder cost to get a pack of screws, I tapped two of the holes out to a larger size I had on hand.
