had to return the pack; I purchased it as replacement parts for cheap nylon parts that came with a shoe cabinet and wore out. This pack comes exactly as shown, and does not include instructions, a drilling template or screws. The brackets superficially are same size/configuration as the original brackets I was replacing, but the drill holes do not line up with the pre-drilled holes in the cabinetry.

I wanted to love this. I was building the show rack for my mother in law and everything was going great until I was tightening the screw for the retainer piece. It kept twisting and twisting. I realized that the retainer was so flimsy that it brought when I tightened the screw down. It seems like it was solid but apparently was some type of aluminum it something. Save your money and buy a known brand. The price is too good to be true for a reason. I engineered it to work another way but I shouldn't have had to do that.

Product came very fast. However, it was missing screws and there are no instructions. Above all, the material is very flimsy. Returning product.

They were a little thin and was missing a major part of the poduct.
