Purchased the Flame King Heater in May 2022 to keep a 3 car garage warm during the cold Michigan winters. Our garage is insulated and it heats up so quickly we didn't have to use much propane. A few weeks ago we were having trouble with the ignitor. We made sure the interior was clean and double-checked the connections. Still wouldn't stay lit for more than a few minutes before shutting off on its own. We reached out to the company for troubleshooting to see if we could get a replacement part. The company opted to send out a new heater even though the warranty had expired. We received the heater today and it worked perfect - the garage is nice a toasty again! Thank you Flame King for the excellent customer service!
