Aside from it being STUNNING, it is so lovely that it comes with a remote with several features: turn the light & fan on and off, adjust the speed of the fan, adjust the warmness or coolness of the light (3 different settings), adjust the brightness of the light (10 different settings) AND to change the direction of the blades to either push cool air down or pull cool air up. Overall, the quality of this fan is incredible. You will see once you use it!LOOKS: The aesthetic offers the vintage but also modern look that I was going for. Just a WARNING, the gold is a more of a copper toned gold versus your regular or brassy gold tone. One of my images shows the fan's gold against a brass candlestick holder to show you the difference in tone. I will say though, if you prefer gold/brass, I still think you will be happy with this fan, because the tone of gold does not appear as coppery once it is up and it really just allows the gold to pop more.LIGHT: I have had several ceiling fans that just do not give off enough light, but that is NOT the case with this one. When the brightness is up, it gives off an incredible amount of light. The dimming/brightening feature is AWESOME and really allows you to set the mood and create the exact ambiance you are wanting. There are three light settings: one is a more cool/blue tone, then a more warm/yellow-orange tone and the third seems to be a mixture of the two. Once you have chosen which you want, you can then adjust the brightness to your liking. I can't express how impressed I am with this!!!FAN: The fan is incredible!! Even when the fan is on its highest speed, it is QUIET. I don't mean completely silent; I mean that it is literally as quiet as a fan could be when it's spinning at its highest speed and giving the bestest breeze ever lolz. If you are hot as hale, put this baby on high speed and you will get cooled off real quick honey! Even when the fan is on its lowest speed, it still gives off a nice breeze and is nearly silent.ASSEMBLY/INSTALLATION: Assembly was extremely pleasant lol (seriously!), and the directions were straightforward and SIMPLE. When I assembled it, I laid all of the parts out exactly like they were in the image on the first page of the instructions, and this made the process an absolute breeze. Installation was also a breeze, aside from locating where the last safety screw was supposed to go. The rest of the directions were very clear and concise.Overall, I give this a 9.75/10. I took off .25 of a star because of one small issue; if I leave my light switch on and use the remote to turn the light off at night. I notice that at a certain time every morning, the light turns on, on its own. I would actually like this feature if I knew how to set the time that this happens. I am unsure if this is a glitch, or a feature of the fan. I should probably look at the description again.I still would recommend this fan to any and everyone!*I PAID FOR THIS FAN WITH MY OWN MONEY AND THIS IS NOT A PAID REVIEW*I also know that I need to touch up the paint on my ceiling lol

Fan looks great. Relatively easy to install. The ability to change light intensities is nice. The variable 8 speeds is a nice touch. Hard to connect to the internet for use with smartphone. Still having issues with connectivity.

We absolutely love this fan! It’s modern, has different lighting settings and fan control. You can download an app and control it from your phone! Smooth and quiet sound!Absolutely worth the price! ❤️

This fan looks nice. However, the light randomly turns on throughout the night and the fan turns off. It’s really annoying to be woke. Up multiple times throughout the night because the light randomly turns on extremely bright. It is also scary because it makes me think there could be an electrical issue. I will have to buy another fan to replace this one and consider this a waste of money.

The fan is perfect balanced when I set it up, multi light kelvin settings are very nice, looks great. Only reason to not give it 5 stars is the screw bags did not have an ID number or letter tied to the manual, had to count the number of screws in a bag vs how many holes it could go in. The light mounting base has 3 chrome screws attached to a hard board base for shipping, you will need to keep these to mount the light ring to the base, I did not see that in the instructions. And I would mount the motor first to the ceiling then mount the blades and light to make everything more manageable. Instructions show it going up all in one shot

First I have now had this fan for almost a year. Well about two weeks ago the fan lost connection to my network. Several times I repaired it, Alexa would find it and then about 30 minutes later the fan would be offline again. I contacted SMAFAN support and quickly go a reply from Hugo Ho. He had several suggestions and when none of them worked he put a new circuit board in the mail. The new circuit board arrived and when installed and the fan paired, it now works and stays connected. Many thanks to SMAFAN and Hugo Ho. Great customer service and that is a breath of fresh air in todays world,I noticed in one other review someone complaining about the speed of the fan even on lowest setting. I don't fully understand why, but when turned on, the fan will start up at a speed of 4-5 even when started on 1. BUT the fan will then slow down to the set speed of the fan and at one the speed of the fan is about 50 rpm. I have not seen any fans any slower at the lowest speed.My only complaint is the fan can only be paired with 1 remote. BUT as long as it works with Alexa I can live with that.

Disclaimer: my husband is an electrician and put this up for me. He said it was very easy to do but it is quite literally his job so keep that in mind. I do not know if it would be easy or difficult if you were unfamiliar with installing ceiling fans. This is the fastest yet quietest fan I have ever had. No rocking even on level 10.

This fan is beautiful and is whisper quite, BUT it has a mind of its own. At any point durning the day or night, the fan will stop and the light will come on. I’ve noticed it will happen a couple times at night, once or twice in the morning and a couple times in the evening. There’s no schedule or timer set, it just does it at random. It’s very annoying! We purchased this fan in January, but wasn’t able to put it up until this month. Very upset with how this fan operates, and it looks like I’m not the only person this has happened to.
