इसके 8 शॉट्स यानी 2 महीने तक हर हफ्ते 1 शॉट्स लेने के बाद मैने अपना ब्ल्ड टेस्ट कराया तो मेरा Vitamin D का लेबल 22 आया जबकि 40+ आना चाहिए था। मतलब ये बकवास चीज है कुछ फायदा नहीं हुआ इस से। इस से तो ज्यादा फायदा 100₹ की 4, Vktamin D की गोली खाने से हो जाता है।
