I ordered the transmitter and it was supposed to come with 5 receivers. There were absolutely NO RECEIVERS in the package!!!

Product was exactly as described. We are a loud manufacturing facility, and all devices were tested on a recent tour. All worked great, and everyone that used the receivers stated they hear the guide very well. I am going to be buying another set because we found if another person wants to chime in, it can become too much to try and get the transmitter back and forth, plus I already see a need for more receivers.Very Happy for the price.

The look and feel of these translation units are very nice. However, the range is too short. Our Chinese Translator stood at the back of the hall (about 20 feet) and our guests wearing the receivers could not hear him. Consequently, he had to be sitting in the same row as them to be picked up. This defeats our purpose, as we don't want the Translator to be sitting among the congregation translating as it disturbs the other people sitting around him. So the lack of range is REALY disappointing. If we are doing something wrong, I'd love to learn. Thanks.

Sound was ok. There is some buzzing in the receiver that I havent been able to get rid of.
