I wanted to hang a plate that had a picture painted on clear glass. This hanger works great, I know where the metal hanger is but it’s not obvious and the adhesive part is transparent. The metal hanger is a little bigger & made of thicker metal than I expected but it hangs well on a nail. This hanger is very study and secure, could be used on items much heavier than a plate. I think I will be using for many different items I want to hang.

After a few months, these are working very well to hang china plates on the wall. The adhesive is strong and covers a large area, and the hangers are substantial. Highly recommend.

Washed the plates (2 - 6" and 1 - 8") thoroughly with dishwashing liquid, rinsed them well, and dried completely. Let the plates sit in a cabinet for a few days. Applied the hangers and made sure all the bubbles were forced out. Let the plates sit for a few days to make sure hangers were securely adhered before hanging. Plates were hung. Checked hangers twice in two week period. Second check revealed one hanger's edges curling up and separating from 6" plate. Gorilla taped all of the hangers on all four sides of each of the clear tabs to which the hangers are attached. Potential danger averted. Will keep an eye on the Gorilla tape, too.The hangers are sturdy and the adhesive is very sticky. However, it appears that the edges of the adhesive may dry up and separate from a plate. Advice is to use back up and do not hang large, expensive, and/or irreplaceable items directly on the wall. It is better to go with a visible plate hanger or wall shelf to ensure the safety of treasures.

Need something to hang two hollow ceramic decorations on the wall since they came with no way to do so. I like that these hooks are large enough for a good size nail (a picture hanger would be too small for these hooks), and rotate 180 degrees (either vertical or horizontal depending on how they are placed). I was surprised at how large the adhesive surface is. It take up a lot of real estate, so these are not for small items with little surface area to attach to. On the positive side, they should hold well because of the larger surface area. The back of the items I used them on were not completely flat, but had slight undulations. For the most part, these hooks were flexible enough to follow most of them. A couple of places around the edges I had to put a small slice to allow the adhesive to make total contact. I left them for 24 hours to give the adhesive time to cure, and hung the two items. I don't think there will be an issue with the adhesion, but if there is, I'll update this review. All in all I am satisfied with the hooks, and the price is reasonable for what you get.

These did the job, however, I had to do additional steps for them to be functional. The tape that comes with it did not seem like it would hold so I also glued the tape to the plate then attached the hooks for more hold. They fit on all different size plates and have held the weight up. They look a little on the cheaper side in terms of quality, however you are getting what you pay for plus you aren't able to see them anyways.

So easy to use. Strong - used to hand Plate Flowers outside. Still holding after 4 months - cold, rain and now heat. Great for craft projects.

The media could not be loaded. I already lost the count how many time I bought this the best product. It is very sticky and hold my faux glass perfectly, doesn't affect at all. It is a very good product. I wish it came more in the package.
