I bought this item in "Used - Mint" condition, and it arrived in its original manufacturer's packaging with no blemishes. This rice cooker has a clean and minimal aesthetic and fits well on my small kitchen countertop. I was a little hesitant when I ordered this item because my previous rice cooker of a different brand that I bought from another retailer often times disappointed me by burning the bottom almost every time and soften the rice too much when I kept it in warm mode for only one or two hours.However, I love this Cuckoo rice cooker. I have been using it frequently over a month now and it cooks perfect and delicious rice every single time and it keeps the same quality in warm mode for hours. And, I really like the sleek, stylish deign as well.Thank you Amazon for this great product!

This rice cooker does a fantastic job at making fluffy, perfectly cooked rice every time. It's easy to use, and the non-stick pot makes cleanup a breeze. I also appreciate the keep-warm function — super convenient for busy days. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it takes a little longer to cook compared to other models I've used. Still, the results are consistent and delicious, and for the price, it's a solid buy. Great for small families or everyday meals!

Used it for a while and this is really really cook. I usually cook for myself and this is more than enough, even when I hosted up to 6 friends. The rice does taste better than cheaper pots and the design is stylist.

Gets the job done overall. Rice is perfectly cooked and moist. The functions are all very helpful and I love the timer function that gives an estimate on how much time is left during the cooking process. I got the smaller version for 2-3 cups cooking a day which fit my needs perfectly. Love the aesthetic and overall design.Two things to note….When opening the rice cooker by pressing the button to unlock the lid, if you don’t have ur hand on the lid, the lid will open very strongly. With nothing stopping it, the rice cooker basically flips/teeters backwards on its hind “legs” before falling back down into place.The water reservoir in the back is a little difficult to pop off. And takes some fidgeting sometimes.
