Despite being nearly 40, I’m still plagued with spots and I hadn’t had a deep, cystic, under-the-skin monstrosity for quite some time until, quite randomly, one recently appeared just below my right cheek. Being subcutaneous, squeezing attempts proved futile and it was showing no signs of improvement over a week later. It was sore and difficult to cover with concealer. I really did think I was going to have to go to a dermatologist for a cortisone injection but ordered a few products to try in the hope that wouldn’t be necessary, and this was one of them. I hoped it would sink in and dry it out somehow, which it didn’t, but it did still help. After only two applications (one before bed and another the following morning), it hadn’t brought it to a head as such but it made it feel somehow “pickable”, and sure enough I finally managed to burst the little demon. Oh the relief. Oh the satisfaction. It’s now flattening out nicely and, although I’ll probably be left with a mark there for quite some time, my skin would have scarred either way, so I’m just so happy I bested the beast, all thanks to Murad. Yay!

As a product is great and it really woorks on blemishes there is visible difference when used regularly. However the only minus in my opinion is that as a high end brand & the price of the product Murad could attach a pipette.Application is a bit difficult without pipette or product is not absorbed fully if applied with cotton bud.

I've had some deep hormonal spots on my chin for about a year since coming off birth control. They were the kind of spots that you could feel under the skin and looked red, but would never come to the surface, and I've tried so many products to get rid of them.I started using this a couple of months ago and those deep spots are now clear! I use it almost daily still - a little bit goes a long way and the bottle is still rather full, even after 4 or so uses a week - I run the lip of the bottle along the edge of my finger and get a little line of cream, and it's enough for my whole face.I do still get small spots around that time of the month, but I don't get as many as I used to, and they clear up a lot faster thanks to this.I put this on fresh out of the shower before I put my moisturiser on top.I've added this to my daily(ish) routine and will continue to rebuy.

I saw this on a TikTok review, mulled over whether to buy it due to the price but bit the bullet as I trust the brand. I'm so glad I did as it's cleared up some stubborn under-the-skin hormonal spots that I've had for ages and my troublesome skin is looking the best it has in years! Honestly can't recommend this product enough if you suffer with hormonal acne, those annoying ones that hurt and can't be squeezed. Amazing stuff 😁

Been using it for those spots that randomly appear and can see the redness disappear.Applying too much too often can "burn" the skin, so use sparingly and not too many days in a row.

Purchased for wife. Reported positive results, no irritation etc. decent enough for the money.

Works well small blemishes are calmed down within 15 mins doesn’t disappear but visibility is reduced
