So I took my CRRN in Dec 2023 and passed on my first attempt using only this review book. I am someone who has to have the rationale to understand the answers which the book provided and it was easy to understand. I didn't do any hard-core studying. I read the questions and rationales off and on for about 2-3 days before my test. Some of the questions/scenarios in the book I have never encountered and would not see as part of my role, but was able to recount from the book. I did notice the questions in the book were VERY similar and aligned with the test.

Inaccurate information with typos and misspellings. Better to spend the extra money through the ARN membership site than this poor excuse for a study guide.

Im still to take the test. Hopefully this helps
