I started drinking this yesterday. First of all, it dissolves easily. I have a yeti cup I drink from. The packages are bigger than the Crystal Light packages you get from the grocery store and at first, I thought, there's no way I'm going to like this stuff. I put 12 oz of water in my cup then add the powder and stir it up with my straw. It dissolves very easily. Then I fill up my cup with ice and finish filling my cup up with water so I have a full glass.The taste (watermelon) is wonderful. I love it. It isn't too sweet as some of the other reviews suggested.Now on to results. I did not weigh the day before I started taking this nor did I weigh this morning. But I can tell you this. My cravings have diminished considerably. I used to sit at my desk and crave all sorts of snack foods. It didn't matter if they were salty or sweet, I wanted to eat. Today, I've been at work 4 1/2 hours already, and not the first craving. I'm drinking more than usual and I'm going to the bathroom more than usual. My energy is so much more than usual and my focus is through the roof. I've gotten so much done at work today it's unreal.I have a cousin who sells the more expensive version of this. I refused to pay that price for something to drink and it not have alcohol in it! So I decided to give this a try instead. I can't wait to get on the scale next week to see if it's made a difference in my weight.Update:Almost finished with my 3 packs of this drink. The energy is no longer there like in the beginning and it is making absolutely NO difference in my weight. I'm so glad I tried this one instead of the more expensive one. I do still enjoy the flavor though. Certainly no worth the money when I can get Crystal Light packs for a fraction of the cost of this.

The taste of this sells it for me. It hydrates and works well with your metabolism. It makes a smooth tasting drink dissolving well. I provide me with essential nutrients for my health. that cause me no upset to my stomach.i was left feeling energized with no nervous jitters. It was priced well for daily use.

I'd like to argue that the price is a little high, but if you compare the amount of what's in it to other products, it's really not $2 bucks a pack is less than a suite drink at a convenience store and you get more. I got the variety pack cause it was in sale, but I don't really care for watermelon flavored things, but that's a personal issue. The over all flavor of the drink is good... The smell is slightly vitamin like.Overall I didn't know if it helps with weight loss, but drinking at night does help me sleep. Keto diet used to do the same thing, I slept better.

It works! It's too sweet with 8 ounces but watered down it's good. I love peach.I am on Keto and these helped menopausal me get down 17 lbs after my Mounjaro was taken back by my insurance.

The flavors are great, and it seems to help with Ketosis. Helps with electrolytes moreso than brands I have used in the past. It’s a little expensive but seems to work so hard to put a value on that. It mixes with water really well, especially compared to other brands. The flavor is a little strong which I like, but something to be aware of depending on what you expect. I did have to reach out to support because one of the packets was clumped up and hard. They were great at helping with the issue!Update: I have tried the variety pack, peach, and mixed berry. My favorite is the peach flavor for sure.

I made this „test“ because of other reviews I read here, of people complaining that the SHIFT packages are „half empty“, well- if you can read it clearly shows that they are meant to have „only“ 7.6grams where the expensive brand contains almost 20g per package.I‘ve lost 25lbs in the past with keto & ketones have helped me a lot to stay on track, especially for my „afternoon sweet fix“I just had my 2nd baby & will do keto again to loose weight.On my 1st day of keto, i had the expensive ketones in the AM and the SHIFT ones in the PM. I tested 30mins after drinking them and had the SHIFT ones with less water.As you can see, both of them put me into ketosis. But the expensive ones but me in a way deeper state of ketosis, keep in mind though, that the quantity is almost 3x as much.However, if you are counting TOTAL CARBS, the SHiFT ones are definitely a better option!!For me, the expensive ketones are definetly worth their money! I prefer the taste, the way they make me feel and the fact that they are higher concentrated. They surpress my hunger better. I also like that they are available caffeine free, as i drink coffee to surprese my appetite. I haven’t seen caffeine free ones from Shift yet, maybe they are.After i loose a good amount of weight, and i’m in a constant deep state of ketosis, i can see myself having the expensive ones 1x a day and the SHIFT ones 1x a day for maintainance/enjoyment

Maybe it's just me. I'm transitioning from low-carb to carnivore diet, and on day 3, I woke up with tachycardia. 6 hours later, it's still there. Yes, I've taken 4.5 (so far) portions of Shift drink over 3 days. It tastes great. I'll keep using it. Hope my heart drops back to my normal 70 pretty soon. 75 years old and in good health. I'm keeping my husband company while he (hopefully) cures his congestive heart failure. We're hopeful.
