Good for hot yoga
Great grip when your hands get sweaty, I use it for hot yoga and Iām very happy

Love it! It's absorbent and of quality material that feels nice on your skin
I have used a few different yoga towels and this Manduka equa mat towel would definitely be among my favorites. Despite not having any grips on the bottom, it stays put for me. There might be minor bunching or movement if you are dragging your feet a lot... but in a typical yoga practice this shouldn't be an issue.I noticed some comments on it being too slippery--this is only the case if you're hands and feet are dry. If you build up even a little bit of heat and sweat, I don't have any problems. I have washed it a few times, comes out perfect and works even better if anything.In summary, works best for warm or hot yoga.

Best towel ever
This is hands down the best towel ever. It dries so incredibly fast, I can wash it in the morning and it's ready to use again by the afternoon with just air drying. I use it for the gym and also on vacation because it folds down really super small. I've had it 2 yrs and it's in perfect shape. I wish it probably 3 or 4x a week and it's such a great quality, still soft and perfect. In order to not slip you need to wet it a bit where your hands and feet will be placed on the mat- I just squirt a bit of water from my water bottle. I will never buy another towel for the gym/beach/pool/vacation, ever again!

Not the cheapest but great quality
Highly absorbent towel which when placed at the top of your yoga mat prevents your hands slipping.

Perfect for hot yoga :-)
I practice hot yoga. A lot.And when I say hot, I mean "seriously hot".Up until I purchased the eQua hand towel, I'd been using normal hand towels to wipe the sweat away during classes and they hadn't been that effective.This however is astonishingly good. Now matter how much you sweat, it still manages to soak it up.Cannot recommend this item highly enough therefore.
