OJ Smoker Grill with the tray is about 85.1 cm deep. Without this shelf, the depth is about 70 cm.

Can I easily fit a second temperature gauge near the firebox? If so - what do I need please (aside from a second temp gauge)?

There’s a spare port close to the fire box for that exact thing. You can buy spare temp gauges that they use on the Oklahoma Joe’s

Is this the reverse flow version?
