Excellent cupboard staple
If you like chipotles in adobo, you no doubt already know this product. For those that don’t, smoked chillies in a predominantly tomato and onion sauce.Delicious, balanced flavour with gentle heat. Great for dips, nacho cheese and adding to scrambled eggs etc.If transferred to a small container I find it keeps very well for a couple of weeks in the fridge.

Mmmmm.
What a lovely flavour these impart! Lovely Smokey sauce and surprisingly hot and tasty chilli’s. Just what I hoped for. Only used in a chilli so far but it was probably the best I’ve ever made. I won’t be without these now.
