Q: I ordered these pillows at the beginning of December and have not received them yet. Why?

Q: How long does the pillows take to form?

They form right away. That is the only thing good about the pillow they are lumpy and provide no support.

Q: How do you get the smell that the pillows have when you first get them? I am washing the cover but the pillow smells as well?

Maybe spray it with freeze fabric wash the pillow it self is not machine washable

Q: Does the foam shift around? I would like the edges to be taller for neck support.
