I like buying from Amazon because it allows me to compare ratings and prices easily. This BOSCH 3323 Premium Oil Filter fits perfectly on my 2004 Tundra and works exactly as expected. The FILTECH filtration technology seems reliable, and installation was straightforward. It’s a great product for a good price, and I’ll likely purchase it again for my next oil change. It's an oil filter what can I say? It meets all of the specs of what is considered a high quality oil filter. #1 Silicone anti-drain valve #2 99% oil efficiency yada yada yada. It's just a standard filter if you're changing your oil by 5000 miles it really doesn't matter much on which oil filter to slap on your car. Even a cheap orange Fram, plenty good. To me it's all about the oil flow and high oil flow is the way my car was designed so I usually use a genuine Honda oil filter (Honeywell) or the cheapest black K&N oil filter I can find. It's all about flow bro, if your engine was designed for it. Right?I like the orange Fram because they are only like 94% oil efficiency and generally the lower the efficiency the better the flow right? K&N will flow similar to the Fram , maybe slightly better...No biggie. The Genuine Honda oil filter is good of course also...I am slapped this Bosch on my Honda and it seems to be doing good just like the rest. Not sure on the flow rate? but it's as good as any. Bosch make a good filter for cheap if you shop around. Overall good filter for any car. It's not really that deep.With the Bosch you know you're getting a good one though. Bosch make good stuff! Their windshield wipers are getting questionable, but the Oil filter they make is just fine, it's decent. I'd put it on any car it's that good. I would with a few oil filters...It all comes down to who is on Sale? on Amazon who throwing the deals on what? See how high quality stuff can go low on price and snatch it up. That is what I did with this Bosch Oil filter. $5.75 out the door...Me grabbed me one for the Honda.Sometimes they have K&N dirt cheap and they are now made in china, but hey they are still good filters. Use to be made in the USA, Bosch is made in USA. So that is something to think about. Both filters comparable...I have more faith in Bosch because they use the proven good quality innards and they brag about it...K&N doesn't brag, but I am guessing they use comparable material and they are high flow.Rest assured this Bosch filter will meet your needs as good as any. If you're looking for high mileage oil filters like the 10,000 mile or 12,0000 mile club...I would have to go with a Premium Guard extended life. For 5000 mile or less oil changes go with whatever you want, I like cheap with a lot of flow bro.

How can you tell if an Oil Filter is working? I can't. But I do know I've always used BOSCH Automotive products since Freshman College, and I've never had an issue; spark plugs, brake pads, oil filters,...

What can I say? I read several reviews on-line about oil filters. The Bosch PREMIUM gets good reviews. It's priced right. It's slightly larger than the OEM on the Honda Fit - a good thing. It fit perfectly. It wont break the bank. I ordered 2 for the next scheduled 10,000 mile oil changes. No kidding. The wife's 2012 Honda Fit just got 10,000 miles on the original oil before the driver's "oil minder" said it was due.I'm running this filter with Mobil One Advanced Synthetic of the manual recommended grade of 0W-20.FWIW, for over 4 decades I have heard so many arguments about what oil and what filter to use and people get really heated about it. Let me tell you that age old piece of advice that still holds true today. When it comes to engine life, it is more about changing the oil & filter when required and not so much about what oil or filter you use. Not that there are not valid arguments that if you use a certain oil or filter you can expect longer engine life. I'm sure that's true. But no, much simpler than that. When trying to figure for yourself what oil and filter to use, ask yourself when was the last time you wore out an engine. Most folks replace cars every 4 years. I've personally owned one I bought new for over 20 years (130K miles) and another for over 15 (135K miles) and another for 250K miles (don't remember the years). I changed the oil & filter religiously on all at 5000 mile intervals. I used anything from premium filters to Walmart Tech filters and oil to premium synthetic oil & filters. None of them EVER had an engine problem. The cars around those engines fall apart eventually. That's my point. So many people think that they have to use this or that so that they can get the most life from a car that they themselves will be replacing in about 4 years anyhow. They don't even give themselves a chance to wear it out.So.... Change the oil & filter regularly and with what is recommended by the manufacturer. "Meet the specs" and worry not. Just my 2 cents.
