Love this heating pad for cramps so much. It gets extremely hot and I like how you can clip it to stay where you want it. It does lose charge rather fast but I don’t mind because it charges back up and it gets so warm.

Very comfortable to wear! Gets pretty warm so that’s great!! 😃 and it makes my period a little less miserable. 😭 Worth purchasing! Also, It takes like 2 hours to charge but then will hold it for a while…….

The product charged and functioned as described. It has 3 levels of heat and 3 levels of vibration or massage. I've only used level 1 of heat and it does get quite hot, so use it over clothes. I will say turn it off after like 5-10 minutes to let the heated area cool a bit.It doesn't get hot enough to burn but hot enough to let you know it's there; and to ease those achy areas.I usually have it settled on the cramping area of my abdomen that hurts the most and it definitely helps ease it. I alternate every 5-10 minutes turning it on and off, when needed.It's rechargeable and took about 2 hrs or so to fully charge out of the box, like the pamphlet says it will have lights rotating on its face plate while charging and it will stop when it's done.I can walk with it on and also lounge around so it's very convenient and gives comfort while allowing functionality through the day when I use it. (Which is only when needed)The buckle is kinda difficult to unlatch, at least for me, so I measured out the strap and loosened it enough to keep it the same size as my waist and I just slip it on my abdomen like I'm putting on a pair of pants. Just so I don't have to keep fighting with the buckle.Even so, it does its job well so I think it's still worth a shot, if not for the ingenuity of the product than for its functionality.

The media could not be loaded. I wish I would have found this earlier! This portable heating pad is amazing.- Fits comfortably on the low stomach or lower back to help with cramps. I have also used it for my shoulder, so more options!- Heats up very fast.- The battery life is long. It lasts me a couple days while using it on and off.- Charges in a good amount of time, don’t have to wait long.- You can wear this anywhere, I wear a baggy sweater/ shirt and wear this running errands when I have cramps and you can’t tell it’s there.- It also has a massaging button. There’s 3 settings and it feels great on my back/ stomach.I would say this is a must have portable heating pad!

It’s the best! I wear it at work as well!

I'm sorry i want to give it a higher rating. The idea for this product is amazing but I don't think it's as helpful as just using a TENS machine. Which is what I use for my period. I have endometriosis, so my cramps are really bad. The vibration is high enough to block out my pain. As well as the product isn't thin enough to be able to wear it with anything. I also feel that if you are a heavier person. This would be uncomfortable to wear. Due to your belly lays on top of it
