I’m subscribed to this item and I only recently upgraded to a larger jar. I’ve been using this for a year. I am in my late 40ties so yes lines, wrinkles, etc. More specifically I have spastic cerebral palsy. I walk but not very well. As I am getting older joints are becoming more of an issue. This has helped. I mix it in coffee and it dissolves fast and has no taste. My joints seriously hurt way less but it took about 4 months to really feel the difference. As for my skin, yes it has improved too, but again it took about 8 month to really see it. With supplements like this consistency and patience are key. But this is very easy to use consistently. This is an effective, good quality product when you give it time to work! I will continue using this every day..

I've been using this protein powder for about 2 years. I like that it doesn't have any dairy in it as I'm lactose intolerant. I especially like that this has type I, II, III, V & X Collagen. It has helped greatly with my joint problems. It is flavorless. At 1st it made my tea taste slightly different, but after a couple of days it wasn't as noticeable. I use it in soups, rice, cereal & drinks / smoothies.

This is outstanding, however only downfall was the slight jittery/racing heartbeat(Sensitive to Caffeine)-Green Tea Abstract in it. If you drink it in a full bottle of water no taste, easily dissolves no clumping what so ever! Very easy to use scoop easily able to scoop the mix into your bottle. If using only half glass/bottle of water, I did notice a slight odd taste, but was still able to chug it down. The size of the container is great for the price. No extra energy or anything but still will see if effective on skin after time. Not expecting miracles, but really enjoy the price/flavor/benefits (hoping to see results)

I started taking this in December, it’s now April but finally starting to see the results in my nails! I mix it into my coffee every morning before I add my creamer so it doesn’t clump. I don’t use a full scoop because it’s not necessary plus it’s took much for my serving of coffee, but just using half of a scoop I’m seeing results in my nails. My nails have always been really brittle and flimsy, I never needed to cut my nails because they would break al the time. Iv actually had to start filing them down now and the nails are so much stronger. I’m also hoping it will help my hair though it’s too early to see the results there yet

I swear by this product. I noticed improvement in my knee pains after about a week or 2. It was obvious after 2 weeks. I used to bandage my knees due to pain. I'm not sure why there was pain. I suspect cartilage issues. When I take this consistently, I experience improvements to the point where my knees are not bandaged and I don't have to limp. I also notice that my edges are growing back. After a month, I see improvements in my hair. It mixes well in my coffee. There is a slight gelatin taste, but nothing offensive. As a matter of fact, you can use less cream in coffee because of this. Ive gotten 2 other friends to buy it. Zebra multi collagen is now on auto refill in the form of the 500g container with 50 servings. This one has 35. Lose a couple pounds and maintain this product if you want to feel better in your joints and improve your hair, skin, and nails.

Breaks down well in hot liquids however, it does change the flavor of whatever you put it in and unfortunately I was also one of the unlucky few that it caused a lot of stomach discomfort and pain. Was told the item wasn’t eligible for return and Amazon was giving me a refund due to the issue it caused. Never saw that either. I recommend doing research on side effects and first and then decide if you want to try it. I only got two scoops in and gave up because the pain wasn’t worth it. Only wish I got my money back as promised.

Tried this when price went down. Nails got strong.
