You get what you pay for. Absolute rubbish. So much hissing. Sound quality is very very bad.
The sound quality is awful. Tinny and hissing sound . After wearing it for 5 mins I got a hissing in my ear which had stayed even when I took it out. The rubber ear pieces don't grip so keep popping out. I do not recommend this. Go get a decent one at specs avers. I only wanted this as a temporary one. But it's now in the bin. I'll chalk it down to experience. Don't waste your money.

Its very big
This product is very big, the ear plugs it comes with are difficult to fit on. I could not believe how big and clunky it is. The sound is tinny and it hisses non stop. I broke my other hearing aids with the covid masks we have to wear and I thought I would get this for a cheap standin whilst mine are being fixed. It does have a good volume range, and you will hear everything you need to, but, once you go over volume setting 2 it hisses all day long, it heavy and the sound quality is so bad its like hearing through a tin can. I would not recomment it to anyone as a long term solution and for its price its very poor quality. No hearing aid these days should have such cheap quality regardless of its price. It will fill a gap for a few days but once I get my own aids back this is going in the bin. It might be better for for anyone with really large ears. Mega large.

This is a great little bit of equipment I just wish there was a smaller ear plug bit as my ears are so small

Good For Volume and Fit Well
Got these (they are only sold singly, got two) to use whist my NHS ones had to be posted back to NHS have new tubes fitted (due to Coronavirus). They are bigger than my own, but not so large as to be uncomfortable. They also fit either ear. They do stay in place, even when wearing spectacles, which I do.They do what it says on the tin. They amplify ALL sounds and can be really loud. Which I have been struggling with, because my own are tuned to boost just the frequencies I can't hear very well, they are fine. But I tend to have these turned up quite loud, which is great, until you in a pub and the jukebox goes on, or (as in my case) your baby granddaughter screams and these are far too loud! So be warned, start with a low volume. They fit in the ear very well, they come with three sizes of earbuds. The sound quality is not great, but not bad, for the price. A bit tinny, with a low hiss at high volumes. I would say thy re good for temporary use, or just for the TV, but get your hearing tested and shell out for proper aids (or go to the NHS as I did, just as good).

Waste of money
Very poor sound I tried this and even without having hearing problems I could not hear anything clearly. Sounds like a child's toy hearing spy one you get out of the machine. Returned

Temporary fix
When arrived thought for the money excellent. Alas didn’t last long, only couple of weeks. Still long enough for originals to be repaired.

Beurer HA50 Hearing Amplifier
Not brilliant in terms of sound quality /output but, considering price, personally regarded as adequate for basicconversational needs.
