I will add a photo soon but i would like to really thank these guys for the effort they had taken to create such a machine. The support team is just brilliant and what I like about them is that they are honest. In fact, I ordered once before but had to cancel because my family was not keen and felt that it was a wastage of money, but trust me if you are a dosa lover and I think you are because that is why you are taking the time to read my review then plz go not waste your money hear and there, buy it and you will be happy. You might also feel that this is a paid review but its not so. Believe me you will not regret, and I will sign off here as Devd. Thanks

Product good, but installation guidelines manual should be more exhaustive and proper. It's too vague.

You need to pay 13K for the stuff. And then you get something MINUS clear instructions. It is a real mess to assemble it. I mean, for that price, why didn't the seller provide detailed, helpful instructions on how to do things? You need to go to youtube for a helpful version. Then they are not available on YouTube either. One or two are there, but that too won't really help you. Finally, one ends up desperate. You are not sure whether the unit is defective or not; the two levers attached to the container are broken, improperly fitted, etc. In my case, one fixing lever is just loose. no idea if it is defective. Then, at last, the container would not turn. What the hell? Manufacturer, please provide detailed, useful instructions with clear pictures. The small manual and the unclear colour images provided are anything but useful. Disgusting experience.

I would say it is an ok product. Difficulties that i faced.After paying almost 14k the produ t does not come with an instructional maual on how to set it up.You need to call them anc ask for a video.The video also does not provide full fledged installation processIts Difficult to make dosa in the this. When i complaint the only answer i get is your batter is the problem. Whatever happens it is the batter problem.The time taken for the dosa are toooooo long. Manually i can make 10 dosas in 3 to 4 minsThe dosas are very very very thin even if i pick the the thickest version. Tha max weight of one dosa is 15 to 17 gmsI have to make 10 dosa to take my normal calories count of 150 gms. U will concisious and stop in 5. Good way to loose weight.The dosas are never brown in col as shown the videl. If i ask them the answer i get is madam your batter is a problem.Every single guest who come home have praised my dosa and the dosa batter. My mom is claimed to make the best of the dosas.Finally have landed up making manual dosa.May be good for bachelors or for north indians who do not make dosas on a regular basis.But is it worth the investment no buy it ftom a restaurant and eat.

Writing this review after using for over a month. Dosa machine is good if you eat dosas regularly. Here are the pros n consPros:1)Easy to use. Doesn’t stick at all, like it sometimes happen in the tawa2)Crispy yummy dosa every time, even if you don’t add oil3)You can decide if you want 3rd dosa when you are in midway of eating 2nd dosa 😊 just press the button and 3nd will come b4 you finish 2nd4)Cleaning is fairly easyCons:1)Last few ml batter will not come as dosa.. so you will always have leftover batter which you have to use with traditional method2)If you don’t take the batter tray as soon as you are done, the batter ll become hot, even lumpy3)The batter tray is not fully closed, so once done, you have to store in another vessel only. Every time you need to wash the batter tray and some batter ll get wasted in this4)The roller pin ll get super hot and remain hot for sometime even after use, so be carefulIn short, totally worthy if you eat it often and if many people on your family prefers dosa

Making Dosas with this product is very easy. It makes crispy Dosa in minutes. No Hassel. Anyone can make dosa with this gadget. I like it very much.
