Why did you choose this product over others?:I was getting some really bad muscle cramps and read that electrolytes and being hydrated is a common cause. Bought some sachets that were about £3 each initially and it worked so splashed out on this which works out at <£1 a serving. Equally good and very effective so def recommend this.

Helping me to drink more water and to feel more hydrated. Love the mango flavour, it’s not too sweet

These electrolytes taste really good and are better value for money than other competing brands. They are still on the pricey side. They mix well when stirred and are good quality.
