OX Pro Brick Trowel Philadelphia Pattern

Good quality tool

I required one of these to replace and point up the mortar in the paving slabs on my patio, and this trowel proved ideal. I used it in conjunction with a tuck pointer and a convex mortar jointer, and I'm very pleased with how the job turned out. Once I'd finished with the trowel, I dried it off with a cotton rag, smeared it with a thin film of oil and 'attached' it to the wall-mounted magnetic strips in my workshop. This appears to be a well-made product, it's comfortable to use, and it's sensibly priced - I therefore have no hesitation in recommending it to you.

Looks a half decent tool . Not a single peice, handle welded. Useful for pointing and mixing mortar. Not immune to rust so clean and oil if you want to keep it looking good!

To be fair, there is not a lot that can be said to big up a trowel, but it is good value for money, sits in the hand well, is comfortable to use and does the job. Would buy again.

As a labourer I use this trowel to scrape out the mixture, knock up small Gauges in buckets and have also used for pointing up.Trowel is very durable and can take a beating, has been thrown around site and left out in all conditions and still the same shape no dents or digs on the trowel itself and the rubber handle has no damage at all. The handle is also very organically friendly and a comfortable hold
