I love this product. It has lower my blood pressure & given me more energy in the mornings. I have my bf taking it now. 1 capful in the morning on an empty stomach.

I take this for heart health. I like it as it’s organic and sugar free.

Good quality, taste wasexceptional very smooth. Have not had a chance to see how body reacts so far so good.

After reading the reviews on this beet juice I gave it a try. I was worried since I hate the taste of beets but believe me when I tell you it taste more like V-8 juice.But after I take the two tablespoons of juice, about 40 mins later I feel invigorated… the nitric oxide has kicked in and I’m able to exercise better. My girlfriend who takes it feels more relaxed but she is wound very tight.Give it a try… I actually look forward to it every morning.

I do not know what is in this bottle, but it certainly is not beet root juice. Beet is red so when I saw the color of the liquid in the bottle it did not give me any confidence to drink it. I saw some reviewed stating that the liquid was not red and thought people were exaggerating but I see now they were not. This is very disappointing and I truly do not know what this company was thinking.

I'm a healthy capable man who managed to get the seal off the bottle with a box cutter and a bit of a struggle but when I encounter packaging like this I always wonder about older people or people with weak hands or other more serious disabilities. This juice is virtually inaccessible to a huge swath of the population. There's no instructions, no obvious tab to pull, just a very strong seal with edges flush to the hole. As I was peeling the remnants of the seal off, a sliver of the plastic seal fell into the juice so now I'm either going to pour the whole thing out or eventually drink a tiny piece of plastic. The little disc inside the lid falls out all the time and if you put it back it upside down the bottle will leak when you shake it. I like the juice though. I'm not sure about effect, I haven't noticed any difference in feeling.

A local pro triathlete was raving about BRJ and I read about it being the in-thing at the Olympic training center. I don't usually follow fads or believe that "natural remedies" really work but I'm interested in any legal edge in my amateur triathlon development. After a few weeks of taking a daily shot of this liquid BRJ, I noticed that a lot of aches and pains that I normally wanted to use ibuprofin for were suddenly and dramatically no longer there. I mean it's like night and day to me. This is the first time that a "natural remedy" really hit me like "this stuff works". I had been taking beet root powder in capsule form but those deliver just a small fraction of the beets if you compare labels, and like other things I've tried I didn't notice anything happening. I've read that the flavonoids in foods (the particles that give fruits and vegetables their color) have an anti-inflammatory effect, notably in a study of the adverse effects of ibuprofen taken by ultra runners while competing in the Western States 100 miler. There's also some evidence or belief that BRJ helps capillaries develop or deliver more/better red blood cells to muscle fiber during endurance events but I can't say I noticed this effect. To me just being able to train hard 6 of 7 days every week without ever having to take unnatural ibruprofin makes this a great addition to my daily routine - one shot on an empty stomach every morning.About the taste, I think it tastes generally OK in a V8 vegetable juice sort of way. I have been through like 6 bottles now and I have noticed that the taste varies. Sometimes sweeter than others. I take that to be natural variation in the beets that were used. Is it delicious? No, I wouldn't drink it for pleasure. But as medicinal/healthy/natural things go it's OK. To me it's better tasting than black licorice and not as good as banana chips. Somewhere on par with seaweed snacks if that helps. But the benefits I've seen have made me a believer.

I have been a user of Pom Wonderful for Blood Pressure and Vascular Health with success. I am a 50 year old overweight male, whom has started keto and fasting diets so Pom Wonderful's copius amounts of sugar was out of the question. The first week or so I did not really see great results blood pressure larger remained higher than doctors would reccomend. The 8th day, I saw top and bottom numbers go from 128\88 to 113\72 and sometimes even lower. I do feel a little calmer but no really energy boost. I have big goals for this 2021, weightloss, lower resting heart rate and lean muscle mass. I believe this will help me reach those goals.I have seen bad reviews on terrible taste. It is brownish in color because of a normal process called oxidation. It does not contain dyes or color enhancers. It is 2 tablespoons for pete's sake if you want color then move on to another product. The taste yes if taken straight it is very very bitter, but if you just mix 2 tablespoons with 5 oz of water and slam it down it leaves an earthy beety aftertaste. Believe me I despice beets but this is very tolerable. I tried adding it to coffee and that definitely changed the flavor of my good coffee to a crappy folgers flavor crystals bitter flavor.You definitely do not want to overdue on this product as it will cause some gastro intestinal distress.I hope this helps, I am ordering my 2nd bottle so we shall see if the product comes with broken seals.
