As part of a medical condition I have to drink a lot of fluid and plain old was there is boring. I love Sneak as the flavours are amazing and they even do sugar free for us diabetics so it’s a win win! Great value for money.

Cherry flavour nice; not cherry bomb, or the bomb flavor, it's just an okay cherry flavor. definitely rehydrating and nice to drink. I'm a big caffeine drinker, and have had better sleeps and clearer mind with this. Causation or correlation its too early to tell. but very drinkable if you like cherry flavoured beaverages

Unsure about this. It takes horrible when you use the full scoop, but when you use just under half a scoop it’s not too bad taste wise.Not sure it’s any better than just water, so expensive for what it is.

As someone who’s started trying to hydrate better, but doesn’t like water, products like this Raspberry Lemonade Hydrate are great for me - they vastly improve the taste of water, and provide additional benefits in the form of vitamins, minerals, electrolytes and/or other ingredients like Ginseng, Taurine and… (yes, really!) Himalayan Pink Salt.It tastes great and makes it much easier for me to get the 3 litres of water my physical size requires every day, the only drawback being you can’t have more than 3 servings a day, which makes up 1.2l of drink - this is the reason I’ve knocked a star off, the box just says ‘no more than 3 servings a day’ but doesn’t say why.In that it has no caffeine or sugar, it’s neither of those reasons - I’m guessing it’s one of the other stimulants, Taurine or Ginseng or Cocomineral(?) or Choline Bitartrate or Ashwagandha KSM-66… but as I say, I’m just guessing, maybe it’s the vitamins & minerals… I genuinely don’t know because the tub doesn’t say.Anyway, I’ve tried this Hydrate in a number of flavours thanks to the sampler kit you can also get on Amazon, and there’s not one that I dislike - the problem for me is only drinking 3 servings a day! Cherry Bomb and Orange are great flavours… I also like their Raspberry Creamsicle Shake, which has a daily limit too.Yes, they’re far more expensive than just putting some cordial in my water, but they’re also a darned sight healthier, tastier and high quality, with an abundance of vitamins, minerals and stimulants within. I’m a convert, and as long as I can restrict myself to just 3 servings a day, I’ll keep drinking the Sneak Hydrates and Shakes.Two thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻
