Hoping for Clearer Skin from the Inside Out
Dealing with acne can be frustrating, and this Clear Skin Acne Supplement sounds like it's taking a comprehensive approach. The combination of Zinc, DIM (Diindolylmethane), and Probiotics targets potential hormonal imbalances, inflammation, and gut health, all of which can play a role in acne. The "3-in-1 Balance, Clarify, Restore Support" description suggests it's working on multiple levels. The inclusion of Hyaluronic Acid and Skin Support herbs is also interesting, as they could help with hydration and overall skin health. I appreciate that it's aiming to address the root causes of acne rather than just treating surface symptoms. If this supplement can help balance my system, clarify my complexion, and restore skin health, it would be a welcome addition to my skincare routine. I'm curious about the specific probiotics and herbs included in the formula.Clear Skin Acne Supplement | 3-in-1 Support with Zinc, DIM, Probiotics, Hyaluronic Acid & Other Anti-Acne Vitamins | for Women & Men | Oral Hormonal Acne Pills - Amazon.comSource iconwww.amazon.comClear Skin Acne Supplement with Zinc, DIM & Probiotics | 3-in-1 Balance, Clarify, Restore Support with Hyaluronic Acid & Skin Support Vitamins | for Women & Men | Oral Hormonal Acne Pills | 60 Ct - Amazon.comSource iconwww.amazon.com

Horse pills, because we haven't suffered enough.
Before getting into the (huge) cons of these supplements, the pros should definitely be highlighted; digestively speaking, these things are magical and should be awarded all the awards, and they would get five stars from me if I ended this review right here. Okay, so that's only one pro, but it's a pretty big one. However, I haven't been taking them long enough to determine how they affect my skin, and I probably won't ever find out, because OMG I CANNOT BEAR TO SWALLOW ANY MORE OF THESE EVER.Let it be known, I do not have a problem swallowing pills. Five ibuprofen at a time? No big deal. Those giant prenatal vitamins that smell like tobacco and cake frosting? Amateur stuff. But these things? These are special, especially the one that I swallowed ten minutes ago that's still trying to scrape its way down my throat even as I write this, and its twin (because one serving is two of these little *@&#$+;π&*) that's currently mocking me from my desk. I've named that one Judd. Judd will in all likelihood live to see another day, because I'm quite done at the moment and there is not enough water in the world to make this happen. As much as I would love to have calm, clear skin for once in my life, these pills won't be what gets me there. If anything, they'll get me to the ER with a gelatinous probiotic Judd glob lodged in my throat.Good luck to you who give these a go despite my warning, because I know there will be plenty! You have my sympathy in advance.

My face improves by taking this supplement. But I can’t buy it again because it’s out of stock.

Nothing Bad
I’ve been on a quest to take40-100 billion probiotics a day and as many varied strains as possible. Given one of the things I am hoping for is skin improvements from this move I figured these would be good to take. No side effects and I am continuing to see small improvements as well. That being said no major changes to my skin which is constantly flaring up. Probiotics is a slow change world and changes take time but not seeing where this particular set of ingredients will be of benefit. Not sure on the strains of probiotics as research hasn’t shown me that a particular strain is better than as much variety as possible. I’ve heard of zinc as a topical but not read anything about increasing it. That being said I also haven’t seen results from tons of other things that do have research so I’m under the it cannot hurt to try camp. Will update if I start seeing skin specific results from the journey.

Diindolylmethane(DIM) I don't recommend.
After a week and a half of taking this product, I started to get stomach cramps. 😥😩 I didn't think anything of it, so I continued taking it. 🤔 The cramps became severe, then diarrhea issues arose, requiring more than one dose of anti-diarrheal medication. 🤢🤮 I checked the bottle's ingredients and noticed DIM (diindolylmethane). 🧐 I looked up diindolylmethane (DIM). 🤔What are the risks of taking DIM? 🤔Current human research does not show DIM supplements to be toxic or to have serious side effects. 👍 The most common side effects include darkening of the urine, increased bowel movements, headaches, and gas (3, 8). 🤕 Less common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and skin rash (3). 😥So, I stopped immediately and will not be buying it again. 👍🙅♀️
