Long term usage for effects
4 drops on your tongue twice a day (morning/night) are best. Quick absorbing. You will need to use regularly for at least a week before you get that sensation - relaxing, less stressful about the extraneous things- and you will need to keep that dosage to stay in that SOM. It may give a 'foggy' or level some thought patterns and emotions upwards or downwards, so that everything on on par, but it's not like you get to choose which way these things go, so the 'trade off' might not be to your ideals.
