Excellent book! Makes a very complex topic understandable to the layperson.
Over the past few years, I’ve heard so much about Quantum Computing but never really understood what it was – except that it has such amazing computing capabilities that it leaves today’s computers in the ‘dark age’, so to speak. But I didn’t want to read a fact based technical articleSo I was excited to see this easy to read and understand book on this fascinating subject. It explains complex topics like Quantum Gates, Superposition or Qubits in a way that uses examples from life. For example, using a chameleon to illustrate wave-particle duality.The author then goes on to explain how quantum computing is and will continue to impact businesses, jobs and our lives. On a par with AI, quantum computing has the power to change our lives in ways that we don't even comprehend and is likely to evolve so much more. This book gives us a glimpse of some of the possibilities.I thoroughly enjoyed this book and would recommend it to anyone with the slight interest; you will NOT be bored!

This book is a great starting point if you’re curious about quantum computing but don’t know where to begin. It explains tricky ideas like qubits and entanglement in simple, easy-to-follow language with no need for a physics degree!What I loved most is how it connects the science to real-life examples, like how quantum tech could change AI or cybersecurity. There are even tools and resources included so you can explore further if you want. Great book!

The idea behind the book is great but
The idea behind the book is great but implementation suffers. The books tries to explain complex ideas in simple words but when you are reading it, it becomes obvious that it is written by some AI, probably Chat GPT and noone was trying even to proofread it… What a shame… (especially “Pandora’s box of quantum questions”…)
