The PopuPiano Smart Piano Keyboard is a really great choice! In particular, it is attractive that it is packed with many beginner-friendly features and allows you to enjoy learning music while progressing. The rainbow light keys visually support your playing, so even beginners can immediately see where to press and practice smoothly. In addition, it is great that it has 256 types of tones and over 100 types of chords built in. This allows you to play various musical styles and genres and practice without getting bored! It can also be used as a MIDI controller, so it can be used for music production and recording, and it is also attractive that it will expand the range of music in the future. The sustain pedal jack can be used to add depth to your performance, which enhances your expressiveness as a performer. It is also convenient that it has an audio input, and being able to connect to external devices and play together is a big plus for enjoying more diverse musical activities. Overall, I think it is a very well-balanced piano keyboard that is excellent in both technical and entertainment aspects!

Perfect for traveling musicians not interested in the app
The media could not be loaded. Many of the reviews that complain of issues are people not understanding how to use the keyboard. I can see why it would be confusing so hopefully I can help those who use music apps or who are new. The charging lights can be turned off. Watch the video to figure out how! Please note that I am not using their app so this review doesn’t cover it.Pros:The thing I was most concerned about was that I had to use their app. I’ve never once installed it and have full control of the keyboard through GarageBand. I split the screen to read music in a different window. It also can be used with ForScore for basic practice but doesn’t sound as nice. I can’t wait to use it with Ableton. I haven’t tried it yet but my guess is that it will work wonderfully. The keys feel somewhat small but perfect for on the go. They feel about the same quality as a Yamaha keyboard. Doesn’t feel weighted but will do the job for its size.It comes with USB to USB-C AND a USB-C to USB-C cord. I thought it was just the one in my video that I recorded but found the other in the box that the speaker came in.Cons:The speaker has to be used to use the sustain pedal. I’m hoping to find a way to use another Bluetooth pedal within the apps but haven’t found a solution yet.The speaker is pretty quiet. It doesn’t seem very loud so if someone was going to use it as their main sound, it might be too quiet.Bluetooth isn’t an option for a normal person. Please plan to have a wired set of headphones if you want to use headphones with this. Take note that Bluetooth has a delay for any audio signal so this is not the fault of the piano!

Audio delay makes it unplayable
A very expensive worthless product. Keyboard looks great, connects to the software as advertised, however the delay from the time you press a key to when you hear the sound is so great that no musical learning can occur. At very best it is a novelty.Steer clear of this product, you can buy something much cheaper and still get the same effect. It says you can plug it in to the headphone directly but very few headphones support usb-c.Maybe if you spend yet even more money and buy their speaker it might work but we are hundreds of dollars in and this product is of no use to us.Music depends on timing and you cannot possibly learn timing on it. The idea behind it was nice but the execution is very cringe worthy

Very Disappointed!
The media could not be loaded. Pros: It’s size and portability make it easy to assemble and travel with and it looks nice.Cons:- Only one usb port on the piano and no sustain pedal on the piano itself (just on the separate speaker) which also only has one USB port also, so a laptop connection can ONLY be made via Bluetooth. (See pics)- Bluetooth causes delays with software when playing.- keys are 7/8 size of the real piano keys so they are slightly smaller than traditional keys which is not ideal for advanced players.- One of the keys doesn’t play properly (see video).Context: paid for the FULL set which even after discounts was $400. I needed this for both practice and song writing while away from music studio/home AND to be used with a laptop. it doesn’t have a jack for the sustain pedal on the piano (see pictures). The jack is on the separate speaker. So you must connect the speaker to the piano set and THEN the sustain to the speaker. (That would be ok if you just want to play without a computer) BUT it doesn’t have an additional cable to be connected to my computer afterwards so you can use both the pedal and a secured cable connection. It only does it via Bluetooth (which is HORRIBLE! because it causes audio delays as you press the keys.NOTHING is more solid than CABLE CONNECTIONS, if you don’t want issues with your audio equipment. To make it worse, my unit had a bad key sensitivity issues cause it to not play (see video). This was a big disappointment to me!

Overpriced midi controller
I had really high hopes for this, but honestly, the app sucks. There is a massive delay from when you press the keys to when it registers on screen. It works much better as a super basic midi controller when using other apps like Simply Piano, but this app was awful. Honestly, just get a cheap midi controller and save the money.
