I cannot say for sure that this product is totally cleaning out my lymph system however, I can say that I have been using this for about a week and today I feel better than I have in quite a while. I discovered my lymph nodes were swollen towards the end of last month, so it's been almost a month. I've had a home health care nurse tell me I needed to see a doctor then I went to my doctor and they immediately sent me to urgent care they told me I needed a CT scan but they didn't have the equipment to do that so to wait for a phone call and they would schedule it, well the phone call never came and in the meantime I've been trying to do this at home holistically, laying upside down on a lounge chair for anti-gravity effect, trying to be a little bit more active( which is a little difficult cuz I do have COPD). So what I'm trying to say is although I've tried to do everything right these pills seem to have kicked in today and right now I'm really feeling good the swelling isn't hurting although there is still swelling, I will update this as we progressed forward.

Per the title of this review, my trainer recommended this supplement to help with leg cramps. Well, I can say I haven't experienced leg cramps since using it BUT the taste isn't good. If you buy don't use the recommended dosage..... its a strong taste even in juice! He told me to only use a few drops.....even that small amount is strong. However, it's a great value for the money, especially compared to other electrolyte products I've tried.

I had a lower lift, a neck lift and neck Lipo 3 weeks ago, if I could do it over I would have bought 2 things right away, Arnica, which I started using a few days after the procedure and it made my bruising disappear over night and also helped with swelling to a point, the swelling would keep coming back. The 2nd would be this amazing product.The surgery was a well done budget procedure ($4,950) performed in office in Fenton MI with just local lidocaine injections, no Anesthesia and no drainage sacks so I had a lot of Seromas. 3 weeks after surgery as of yesterday I was still very swollen in front, behind and below the ears, this product arrived yesterday morning, I took it twice and also opened some of the capsules and mixed them with vitamin E oil, ginger, then mixed with DMSO and applied it topically, rinsed my face and went to bed. Woke up in the morning less swollen and finally looking better than I have in years.It also seemed to help with the neck lipo. TIP: use a neck/shoulder massager on the neck lipo area to smooth out the residual fat lumps and to prevent scarring (do not use massager for facelift swelling, you do not want to mess with external/internal sutures).

i would like to return this but it won’t let me, i wanted something for thyroid not lymph so that’s my bad, has a prop 65 reproductive harm sticker on it, all the ingredients seem to be okay, but again idk bout taking them all in unison, the main ingredient I am worried about is the poisonous horse chestnut which makes a good amount of this…. again i work myself up to try one here and there but i chicken out as the last time i need right now is to have physically swollen lymph nodes like the other reviews .:.. not sure who this is targeted for …..

I purchased this product because i have lymphatic damage in my hands, which causes me to have swollen puffy hands constantly. I have lived with this for over 2 years. I just assumed i would always have puffy hands. I just stumbled across lymphatic drainage products the other day and after reading reviews and not wanting to spend a bunch of money on something i wasnt sure would work, i decided on this product because it was cheap and had decent reviews. Let me tell you, i just got this product today and have only taken 1 dose. I started seeing results w in a few hrs. I can see and feel a difference in my hands, the swelling has decreased significantly, after 1 dose! I can literally feel it working. I am super pleased w this product. I am hoping that the swelling goes down more, because its embarrassing, especially when people point it out to me that my hands are swollen like i dont already know that lol. But yes, i would definitely recommend! You cant beat the value/results of this product! Im sure that the others work too, but seeing as this is only 10$ and i saw almost immediate results? Ill stick with this product.
