I take this and the vaginal probiotic together and it took away any symptoms I had within 48 hours. I’ve taken the vaginal probiotic before then stopped and could feel the difference immediately. Now that I’ve started back taken the probiotic and this product I feel like it’s helping me even more. For those who are skeptical, don’t be. I highly recommend this product but if you are not consistent then don’t expect it to work. Give it some time when you start then you will start to see results. It doesn’t help change your situation over night especially if you’re not a frequent user. Be patient and give it some time.
