I am deep into a regimen for longevity based upon actual scientific studies. When I hit 59, I finally decided to get in better shape and started doing the research needed to extend my life. Other than that, the actual product should be doing me some good, but it's really impossible to know for sure without extensive tests, but I am satisfied with this purchase, because I know that I am getting what I paid for.You should always do your own research, but some of the data says that it has benefits for eyesight and cardiovascular and there is limited evidence that it may activate the SIRT1 longevity gene.
