Proklear All Purpose Cleaner and Degreaser Concentrate (500ml) (APCC500)

A little backstory to what I was trying, and what I wanted.There was fork oil on my old front disk pads while changing the fork seals, the idiots at the svc changed the fork pads first and then poured the fork oil on new pads while changing the forks.How do I know? The new pads were replaced alright, but the rotor disk and disk pads were still greasy with fork oil.Knowing that the svc is going to be ignorantly helpful in this issue, I was determined to try to degrease the pads myself before I spend another 1000bucks to change the pads again.I had tried detergent, vim bar, vim liquid, handwash, shampoo, vinegar with baking soda- all of which are excellent degreasers in general. But none could cut through the fork oil in the pads. This Pro Clean concentrate was my last resort and I used it 1:1 ratio letting it soak first, then agitate using a wire brush.Reinstalling the pads, the old bite is back again! almost 80% and the squeaking has stopped completely! Compared to all other products, this has definitely degreased more than all those household solutions combined.I also sprayed some on the tank to check it's cleaning ability and it sure can be used as a general purpose washing liquid and it removes the dirt off.will be writing a detailed review at onehtw.online.blog if you want to read more, or hit me up for any clarifications!

It is definitely not a very strong degreaser. When diluted with water in a ratio of 1:100 heavy scrubbing is needed to remove the grease. Lower the concentration, lesser the scrubbing required.Tried on bosch NLGI class 3 grease, motul C2 chain lube and motul fork oil. I must mention that it was the fork oil that required specifically a higher concentration and more scrubbing but maybe that was because there was a lot of rust involved too. Bottom line, it worked at degreasing nevertheless. I have not tried it on grease stained cloth so your mileage there may vary.My recommended use case would be just washing the exterior of your bike/cycle/car. If you want to use it to wash parts when servicing anything, this is very much usable but just barely so with a decent amount of scrubbing required. I would probably recommend the krudkutter parts washer for that. It is more expensive but does the job better.People claiming that "it doesn't work at all this deserves a one star" clearly don't know what they are talking about.

Decent quality. Need higher strength than what is stated for degreasing chain and oily parts. But reasonable price.

Awesome. There is no degreaser/apc that can come near to this. I've used this on every possible surface- rubber,plastic,car interiors, exteriors,wheels you name it and it just keeps on impressing me. I had also cleaned my scooter's valve cover (which is covered in engine oil) and after two attempts it came out as clean as possible. There are some dirty patches but that is more due to the brush's inability to reach those spaces.I know people will say what is the need for this? We can use Vim and that is much cheaper than this one. But Vim is not pH neutral. Imagine can you bath daily with a Rin bar? No. You need a dedicated bath soap. This is the case here. This pH neutral APC can be used to clean surfaces without damaging them.So will I recommend this? Absolutely yes. There are also more expensive APC'S available such as Carpro's Multi X, Meguairs APC, Poorboys APC but these are simply way too expensive for a common man. This one is the most VFM APC you can get.

Just another bottle of SOAP! Any one who says it works, don't know what a degreaser actually is. I have used Krud kutter and Muc-off in past but as it was not available I gave this one a try and was highly disappointed. I did leave it on my bike's chain and wheel, where there was a lot of grease, for 5-10 mins and then agitated with a brush but i didn't get the results i was hoping for. Better go for kerosene/petrol (if you can get it) or muc-off or Motul's chain cleaner.

This thing is a magician in the kitchen. Am able to get out the oil grimes that build up over time around the stove with so much ease that it's insane. It's also far cheaper than other item's I've tried, so it's excellent value for money for removing oil slicks from kitchen / puja room, removing adhesive residues after removing Tape etc., Of course, for quick action, I'm usually a bit lazy and use this at 100% strength rather than diluting it.Have also used this to degrease my cycle chain. I've seen much more powerful degreasers for stripping grease of chains, but those one's pretty expensive too. So, I use this to get rid of 90-95% of the grease first to save money. And for the last 5-10% that's an absolute pain to remove, I use the imported degreasers.Overall, I'd say this degreaser has earned a permanent place in my cleaning supplies.
