These are the legit brand and these rhodiola are the best. I've bought from another brand and I got the worst chemical tasting aftertaste! But these do NOT do that. They have no aftertaste. It is a gradual feeling, you'll just be doing what you were and then notice, "oh wow, I'm more focused and awake" but it's not like a caffeine hit. It's very gradual and very easy to get into. I love this brand and I will only buy these after my experience with the other ones. I'm usually not loyal to any brands but this one I am for rhodiola. It helps immensely with my hypothyroidism when I need that extra focus.
