OXO Good Grips 3-Piece Angled Measuring Cup Set

My first encounter with the OXO Tilt-style measuring cups was a red handled one cup I found at Target to use in my Sewing Room to measure water for my iron since it is NOT BPA-Free. I was so impressed with the light weight and the small pouring spout that fits nicely in the small hole of my Travel Rowenta Iron that I wanted to replace the smaller glass cups in my kitchen.I was very excited to find this set of Black Handled OXO Tilt Measuring Cups offered by Amazon because they are BPA-FREE, and I can use them in the kitchen for liquids! And an extra blessing, the Purekra company offers the silicone lids for the BLACK HANDLE OXO Tilt Measuring Cups through Amazon too. Yeah!Features I really like about this set of Black Handle OXO Measuring Cups: They are BPA-Free and Lightweight. Each cup has a large grip handle and the area between the handle and the measure cup is angled out so even a man-size hand can grab them easily. The cups haven't tipped any when pouring liquids into them. There is a white band arched around the tilt that Lists 'Cup Measurements' on the Left side and 'Ounce' measurements on the Right side that are red in color and the size is easy to read. The cups are easy to wash, and they nestle inside each other for storing, thus requiring less space than my glass measure cups need.

The media could not be loaded. These are great for Home, bakers and chefs alike! When you first start baking, you don’t realize that you need different measuring cups for solids and for liquids. These are definitely liquid measuring cups that are Easy Peezy. Great gift for newlyweds!

I don't know which I love more, the measurements in two places on each cup, the slip-free handles, the stack-ability of the three pieces, or that I don't worry about the breakage if I drop one (being that each measuring cup is plastic.)The fact that the interior markings are encased in the plastic ensures that oils and fats will not erode the markings, and if what you are measuring is opaque & can't see amounts on the inside-you can check your measurements on the outside.I wish I hadn't waited so long to buy these!

Wonderful measuring cups, they are very nice looking and work as they should. Easy to see measurements, I only wash by hand so hopefully they stay readable for a lot longer than if a person would wash in dishwasher. I would recommend purchasing this .
