I love my chair! It was more difficult to put together than expected, but a friend helped me. The directions are fairly easy to follow. I bought the gray-blue color and am very pleased. The fabric is soft AND the massage/heat is terrific! VERY relaxing! great for a tired/painful lower back. I ordered the medium size and it fits much better than the larger one I had in the location previously. The rocker is smooth (and YES! your feet actually touch the floor!) and the swivel is a nice addition. One word of 'caution' .. the handle that must be pulled to get the footrest to come up has to have a MIGHTY tug to get the 'rest' to come up. Then to get the footrest to go all the way back in place it takes hard pressure with both feet to get it back in place. If you have a weak right arm and/or weak lower legs you'll have to 'practice' to get the hang of it. The remote is a great addition .. push a few buttons and the massage goes right to work on tired achy muscles. Heat is a separate button, so you can choose a variety of combinations to get your choice of massage/heat/footrest position, etc. The price is VERY good for all you'll get from this purchase. Forget those cup holders .. too much effort to clean up splashes, splatters, and spills ...

For the price... it's a great chair. Easy to put together. Comfy. I'm rough with everything and it's still holding up pretty well. Backing could be a little fluffier but still comfy. Don't use the functions much. But they function how they are supposed to.

This was very sad, I bought two chairs from this company. One a recliner and One a lifting recliner. I bought the lifting recliner because my husband is barely able to walk or stand up. The chair arrived and I attempted to put it together. One arm rest popped into place the other would not after several attempts and a back spasm I gave up. Contacted the company and was told I would get no help unless I emailed a video of the problem. I told them I didn't have access to tech to make that happen. So... they could not help me. The second recliner arrived and the same issue occurred. One arm rest popped into the place the other side would not. I had someone come over and attempt to help and still no luck. I called the company again and was told send a video. I requested my money back immediately. Was told to return the chairs and then a refund would be given. Got a call back to say keep the chairs and I would still get a refund. What am I supposed to do With TWO broken chairs!!Highly disappointed as this was for my husband to help him maneuver with his disability.Would not recommend or buy again.

Save your money. This chair is small, I’m 5’9”, 180lbs and it’s snug. The arm rests are supposed to stay in place with Velcro tabs that tuck in and attach on the inside of the arm between the seat cushion and side. They don’t. The pull loose when standing up. You get what you pay for and this is no exception.

The high-back design and plush chenille fabric make this chair incredibly cozy, perfect for nursing. Glides effortlessly, making it easy to turn or rock without straining. Assembly required, but it's easy to put it together. The vibration is relaxing but may not be as strong as a professional massage chair.

The cable pull for the footrest came free making it very difficult for an elderly woman to get her feet elevated. Assembly was a breeze and the massage/heat features are greatly appreciated.
