Does this camera have ir leds for b&w night vision if you choose not to use the white spotlight feature?

Yes, you can adjust the settings to smart illumination which enables the spotlight (color nightvision) once motion is detected, or turn it off and switch to B&W night vision instead. yes it is a "flood light" for the night time color vision. The function of the light is programable. it can be turned on when the camera see motion, and other functions.
