Great variety and durability
I wanted to train to do a pull-up and I have used these for assistance. They have been great and I have been slowly working my way down in resistance thanks to the variety of options that come in this set. I hope to be doing an unassisted pull-up by the end of the month! They are all super durable and I haven't had any problems with the amount of resistance not being enough. Also, very effective for a good warm-up before a workout or sport.

Very good but also some limits
I have been working with Resistance bands for 10 years so hopefully my review is helpful. I tried the silicone version as I usually use latex. The pros are they are smooth with no smell or drying out like latex. These are coded clear and are well made. I like using these bands for certain workout routines like triceps and Shrugs. The reason is silicone doesn't have that snap back as much as latex so I can hold them when I extend my muscles. I would not use them for dips or chest. I do like them and they are a good value but for my needs latex does have some more benefits. Hope that helps

🚨Update I didn’t like the product because I personally didn’t like the rubber.But The customer service was absolutely amazing and deserves 5⭐️ just for that in its self!
