Grateful for fast delivery, b/c it was an emergency with my extremely painful neck ! I've had a too-straight, non-curved cervical spine all my adult life, & much chiropractic for it, but THIS IS A GAHD-SEND !!!If from aging, eat muscle support foods: Cottage Cheese, Tuna, Whey Protein, & stay hydrated: helped a lot... Pain like that, in bones behind ears takes a few days rest once it eases from 6 days of it...Using a phone as a computer is not-a-good-thing for cervical spine health... THIS IS COMFY, fits well, easy to use, (inflate some before putting it on is a good tack... :)If i have to use a neck-traction device to manage neck-pain, i'm so glad there is this soft, & pliable product to use for it. I was having some neck pain so I bought this to give my neck some relief. It’s meant as a cervical traction for your neck and all I can say is that it’s been helping. I feel how it supports my neck well and I feel a pressure being lifted off my neck. I like the way it feels I wear it every day for 10-15 minutes a day

I blew out my old neck traction setup and got this as a replacement. The chin pad is helpful in preventing my head from dropping down during my "treatment." As with all of these, it is a bit warm but it works as needed. Would definitely buy again.

This is actually pretty comfy to wear its helped my neck pain tremendously! I just wear it for a few hours a day and it pushes gently on my neck to relieve pain

Sometimes doesn't inflate! The problem seems to be in the inflation "ball" that you spueeze. It takes air out, after putting it in. When product inflates properly, it's great! But, that's only happened two times out of six tries.

This is very well made. However is very small. It’s fits snugly before it’s inflated and as you inflate it you begin to chokeI wish it was just a bit bigger because it’s very stable.If you have weak hands it is difficult to inflate. The ball is very thick and I had to use both hands to squeeze it****Update***I have just received a message from the business. Wow. This is truly customer service. Again, this product is very well made. It does not leak, is very stable when inflated. I highly recommend it for users with thinner necks, as it is quite small. If the company makes a larger size, I would definitely buy it again.

Its very comfortable. It will also be b great on an airplane trip so your heas stays in place and you can sleep

I was hopeful of this product with its good reviews but no. I've used several other brands in the past. This one seems to be built the more sturdy, tougher than most....BUT it lifts my chin high and not the back of my neck, thereby compressing the nerve in my neck rather than decompressing it. This is totally unacceptable for me as it's not just a little "neck pain" it's causing me more harm than good. (I do not have the natural curve in my cervical spine, perhaps this is why so many have glowing reviews yet it works opposite for me *shrugs*) I can feel my arm going numb and tingling, burning (which was getting better with treatment and proper decompression) when I try this. I've tried to adjust it diffentc ways, take off and on the chin piece etc....no go. This one does not work for me. Now if I could find one built this sturdy that actually did what it was supposed to for me, I'd be thrilled. I can not play around with looking for new, will have to reorder what I had before whilst searching for a better built one that will hopefully both work for me and last longer. Last ones I bought here were RUNZI....very cheap and yes they eventually all bust but they actually help me. The other ones even cheaper ($5) I got from Temu are even more cheaply made and bust easily, small and hurt if worn too long but at least I have them as emergency back ups for when my cheap Amazon one busts. All of those work for me, even if I've not found a great one yet. This one does not at all.
