i Love these nose strips, they’re super effective and are very durable! They’re so easy to apply and stick to skin easily and for a long period of time, they’re so comfortable i forget it’s on my nose. All round a great value for money.

You have to peel off the backing paper...
Took me a few minutes to work out what to peel off but after that they worked remarkably well. Slightly bent nose which means I sleep on one side due to a closed nostril. These did the job. Stayed on all night. Surprised at the effectiveness. Don't know what everyone else is doing whereby they don't stick.

you don't realize how poorly you're breathing until you wear one. suddenly i can breathe deeper than i have all day

Average - the weak stickiness is a problem
These are good when they work. They often come off when you’re asleep. Particularly if you’ve moisturized your face before bed. Any oil or residue on your nose will render these unless. They need a super dry surface for them to stick.

Works well, but check your nose size first!
I bought this product to help with sleeping (deviated septum), and overall, it works as described. The material is firm and comfortable, and it stays in place throughout the night. I noticed a difference in how I breathe almost immediately.However, I would strongly recommend measuring your nose before ordering. I went with the standard size, but in hindsight, I think the large would have fit better. The current size works, but it feels a bit snug, and I imagine a better fit would make it even more effective.If you're unsure, go a size up — better to have a bit more room than too little!
