Great so far! I was SO nervous after reading the reviews. My husband told me it would be okay.Sure, when we turned it on we had the blue screen that said updates were needed, we let it do its thing and it was clear sailing after that.The battery at full charge said 5 hours, which isnt a ton but for our college student it will be good enough for class. Its easy to use and the quality is great. Hopefully it lasts a long time.

On paper this laptop sounds really good. BUT BE WARNED. I spent the better part of 4 days trying to get this thing to work, but the issue was the processor. While it says it works up to 2.8GHZ, the base processor for my laptop was 1.1GHZ, which is quite literally too slow to run anything. With no apps open, the CPU was constantly at 100% and battling to keep itself running. Because I am unable to send the laptop back I decided to fix the processor on my own time, and asked the seller to give me a partial refund, to which they basically ignored. Would give 0 stars if I could. Save yourself the trouble and don't buy this laptop.

Great computer! It works really well. Love the features, the look, the quickness. But the only downside is the battery only lasts about 4 hours. It is a great laptop if you don’t mind leaving it plugged in the majority of the time. Very cost effective too.

I had been using one of these laptops for the past several years at work and they performed well. After retiring last month I decided to get one for my home office. The laptop has all of the features and functionality that I am use to and that I needed.As usual Amazon had the best price and customer support. The computer was ordered and arrived the next day.

Slow operating given the memory. Does not hold a charge long at all

I love the Lenovo brand and this machine definitely doesn't disappoint. Easy setup, convenient touch screen features and responsive operation for school and work. The Life Microsoft 365 is also a pristine addition. This isn't a heavy duty laptop, so if you're looking for a high-speed gaming platform or super fast data processor, this isn't your machine. It's intended for novice to intermediate computing (students and remote business access/control) and leisure operations (web surfing, streaming services and other similar tasks). Awesome device at a STEAL of a price!
