The oat essence really helped me decide on my path. It helped me to find my writing voice and make decisions. I tend to overthink but this helps me to act. You only need one drop in a large bottle of water so the value for money is great, this lasts forever. The taste and scent are like alcohol so if that's a turn off I suggest the glycerin blends. But I don't notice the flavor that much when I put it in my quart mason jar of water.

I bought this for my dogs that can't get along. Not much improvement yet but maybe slightly after 2 weeks. I really want them to be family .I've been putting 5 drops in their water. It's a 4 qt pot of water.
