Q: Do I want to buy concealed body that goes behind wall separately?

No. This is a complete external tap. You just need a fixing bracket to fit it on. Grohe do one.

Q: This looks very heavy, how easy is it to install ? Does it require additional support ?

I can't answer how easy it was to install as it was installed by a plumber - he didn't seem to say anything so assume it's just a standard fitting. In terms of requiring additional support, it has been fixed to our tiled wall as is with no extra support. Hope that helps.
