Excellent product. Worth the price!
I have had this shower system forOver 8 months now. It’s an excellent buy. Am very pleased with this product. The flow is very good, the buttons have a luxurious feel and the shower drop is very refreshing! I am a considering it now for a second bathroom, so will certainly recommend it. Can’t think of any flaws

Can’t really tell as didn’t fit the wall.
Bought to replace the existing one. Seems to be very good but could not fit as the wall need to changed completely. Not really a replacement as sticks out quite a lot. Hence 3 star . Probably description needs to be changed. Will use when need to revamp the wall tiles again.

The seal was broken !
I just finished my work day and i was very curious to see the shower. But the seal was already broken... I don't even try to check what is in the box ... it is an expensive item and should be FACTORY SEALED !!! I will not bother to do it. Return straight away ... VERY DISAPPOINTED ...

Beautiful Product
The Grohe Euphoria 26508000 is a beautiful looking shower (not installed yet) which is durable and amazing heavy duty 310cm shower head. Did not purchase from amazon but from a german website Obadis who you can call to speak to and charge €20 delivery and slightly cheaper. Delivery took 4 days. Just check effectiveness of your boiler to gain maximum benefit.

Product defect
The product was opened and attempted to be installed. Worst, compartments were stunned you can't detach or assemble.

Not new item
Items arrived with damaged packaging twice, advised by manufacturer not to accepted unless 100% confident that all the parts are still in packaging.No exchange available, only refund and purchase another, so you’ll have to wait around 6 to 12 for refund.All in all I gave back both items and since you cannot complain with Amazon I have decided not to order a third time.

It could have been fantastic product!
The item is beautiful and looks fantastic. Unfortunately for me, the package was defective and part was missing from the package. In addition, the shower head was leaking and tilting to one side. On my conversation with Grohe company , they did not warranty missing part. therefore, I was advised to return the product to Amazon.
